The Role
Job Title – Shift Leader
Pay – £13.26-£14.26 per hour (£1 extra per hour for overnight hours)
Location – Ingleby Road, Bradford

With this being a restaurant-based role, you’ll be getting stuck in with everything – from breakfast shifts to late nights (and overnights if your restaurant runs 24 hours). You’ll work a mix of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, so you’ll get full experience of how the whole operation runs – and become a real pro at it.

- Level 6 – Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (Available when you become assistant manager)
Two Stage Interview Process
- Stage 1 – Interview with Tom (Learning and Development Manager) followed by a tour of the kitchen.
- Stage 2 – 1 hour shoulder-to-shoulder session with a current shift manager where you will see what it takes to be a shift manager, manage others, carry out operational checks. This will be followed by meeting with Saj (the restaurant owner) where you can discuss the role in more detail.
