As a Shift Manager, you will fulfill all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks. Your responsibilities include monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational issues.
You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant, managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This role is suitable for individuals with experience in managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. It involves working flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, and is based in a restaurant setting.
