As a Trainee Manager, you’ll step into a fast-track leadership programme designed to help you build a career in management with hands-on experience and structured training. Over nine months, you’ll work across all areas of the restaurant, gaining practical knowledge and preparing for a promotion to management. You’ll learn how to lead teams, manage operations, and drive results, all while ensuring that every customer enjoys the McDonald’s experience they know and love.
You’ll consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, lead by example, and support your team to perform at their best. You’ll motivate and coach colleagues, manage business performance, and make decisions that keep the restaurant running smoothly. Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a passion for people are key.
We’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive - all we ask for is your energy, drive, and enthusiasm to learn. Previous management experience isn’t essential; what matters most is your willingness to step up, take responsibility, and grow with us.
