We are seeking an organized, efficient, and reliable Team Member to manage our morning stock deliveries and general restaurant maintenance. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant, its equipment, and key areas are kept in prime condition. This is a physical, fast-paced role centered around our core delivery mornings, making it ideal for someone proactive who enjoys practical, hands-on work and doesn't mind early mornings!

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Delivery & Organization: Receive, organize, and rotate stock deliveries. This involves heavy lifting, safely moving inventory, and maintaining tidy storage areas.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks, light painting or varnishing, and general light cleaning duties.
  • Exterior Upkeep: Maintain our small exterior alleyway area, including regular jet washing.
  • Team Support: Work supportively alongside the restaurant management team to ensure the building is well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Requirements

  • Availability: Regular availability between 06:00 and 14:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays is essential. (Slight shift amendments may be considered for candidates who meet all other criteria, but availability for at least 3 of the 4 delivery days is a MUST).
  • Physical Capability: Capability and comfort with handling heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
  • Skills & Attributes: Basic DIY skills are highly beneficial for this role, but are not mandatory. You should have a productive work ethic, good communication skills, and a high attention to detail regarding safety and cleanliness.
