Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.
Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member, contribute to delivering high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant by preparing food, serving on the till, and assisting in the dining areas as needed.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers and complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures; treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.

Our Rugby sites include Dunchurch, Town Centre and Junction 1, and we are looking to recruit across all branches.
