Responsibilities
- As a Delivery Crew Member, ensure preparation for deliveries arriving, including early starts from as early as 5:30am.
- Ensure car park and delivery areas are clean and set up for delivery arrival.
- Perform stock rotation and put stock away in the correct areas.
- Complete tasks associated with delivery areas and tasks asked by management.
- Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service; complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications / Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
