As a Customer Care Assistant, you will deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include:
- Making children feel welcome

- Helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
It is your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you will work well as part of a team.
