Role
As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you\\\'ll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers\\\' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It\\\'s your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the restaurant and ensure customer areas run smoothly.
- Make customers, including children, feel welcome; assist with balloons, events and special occasions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and communicate with customers to support satisfaction.
- Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction and feedback.

- 18+ - £12.26 per hour
Shifts
In the Ballygomartin store, our dining area shifts have an earliest start of 6am and a latest finish of 2am. The maximum shift length is 8-9 hours. Any hours worked between 12am-6am will be paid an additional £1 per hour on top of your regular rate.
