Role
Join us as an Overnight Crew Member and you\’ll become part of a team that works together to provide the best customer experience all through the night. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant, providing friendly, fast and accurate service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, serve on the till or be out in the dining areas looking after customers’ needs to ensure a brilliant experience at all times.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality and cleanliness in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.

Requirements
- Must be able to work overnight hours; in order to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am.
