Duties
The Supervisor, Field & Real Estate Finance role is responsible for working with in-market teams that act as financial business partners to Field Operations, Development and Franchisees. The role contributes to a unified McDonald’s approach and ensures accuracy across markets by leveraging enterprise reporting capabilities and technologies.
What will my accountabilities be?
- Provide financial support for Franchisees, ensuring financial health and profitability at the Franchisee level keeping in mind long-term business growth.
- Business partner with Field Service supporting their queries in areas such as restaurant financial performance, investment strategy, new store performance etc.
- Work closely with McOpCo Managers to drive restaurant financial growth.
- Business partner with the Development Team, supporting business case analysis for areas such as New Store Openings, Closures and Estate Management.
- Support execution of the Franchising Strategy, providing guidance on financial performance, affordability and restaurant valuations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of ownership strategy and execution.
- Ability to ask questions to breakdown a problem, identify trends and suggest and implement actions to create change.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, building strong working relationships (internal and external) and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business.
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of levers for profitability and growth for Franchisee and operators.
