Overview
This application is for a position at one of our new branches opening in November 2025 on Rickmansworth High Street, WD3 1AQ. During your training period, you will be based at one of our existing branches in Stanmore, Bushey or another neighbouring restaurant. The exact location will be confirmed and discussed during the interview stage.
Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member, you\’ll make it happen, whether you\’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers\’ needs.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications and requirements
- Be available to work on Weekdays and Weekends, with shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings.
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- The ability to maintain high energy levels while working both efficiently and productively.
