As a Crew Member, you’ll make it happen, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers’ needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Prepare food, serve on the till or be in the dining areas looking after customers’ needs.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working both efficiently and productively.
- Genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, and ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
- Overnight shifts ONLY; this requires applicants to be 18 years and over.
- Availability required 10pm – 7am, 7 days a week; able to work weekdays and weekends with minimum 4 shifts per week.
- Free onsite parking.
Interviews will be during the daytime and initial training in the first 3 weeks will require working late evenings.
