The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire delivery process for McDonald’s, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. This role bridges operational efficiency with customer service excellence, optimizing the delivery experience across all channels (app, third-party platforms, and in-house delivery).
