Shift Requirements
To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work Sundays 23:00-07:00, this role is for one 8-hour shift per week. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements. In order to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am, please only apply if you are above this threshold.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the stock areas, including the fridge, freezer, and stock room.
- Responsible for putting away deliveries from our suppliers in a timely manner.
- Recording the temperatures of chilled and frozen deliveries.
- Ensuring that all stock is correctly rotated and stored.
- Maintaining clean, organised stock areas and reporting any issues promptly.
- This is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting, moving, and rotating of stock.
- Working inside the fridge and freezer, as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team.
- Understanding the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness.
- Maintaining high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
- Assisting the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining the equipment and building in prime condition.
- Working with external contractors to make sure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
- Being a supportive colleague and demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
