The Salaried Manager role is a key leadership role within our restaurants and critical to delivering a fantastic experience for employees and our customers. From the minute you join us, our values will guide how you lead our people on the shop floor and shape the experiences you provide for our customers.
Due to an exciting expansion plan in 2025 we are looking to bring in new talent to our group. This role is an HR position working as part of a senior leadership team for a Business Manager (Restaurant Manager). You will play a key part in driving people focused, customer focused and commercially focused KPI's. From there, your journey could take you to a more senior salaried role then potentially on to Business Manager where you would run your own restaurant or develop further within HR.
HR Lead job role includes:
- Support the restaurant's business plan and bring this to life within the People agenda
- Lead on the delivery of the People Strategy and support bringing to life in the restaurant
- Co‐ordinate and plan training
- Create an effective schedule focused on exceptional customer experience, team development and business growth
- Support the managers to deliver a proactive and fair process for all team absences, disciplinary and performance concern
- Work with managers to build an annual recruitment plan as well as completing recruitment for the restaurant
- Ensure we create a fantastic experience for all applicants and new starters
- Co‐ordinate all performance appraisals to ensure they are timely and value adding
