Shift Details: Between the hours of midnight and 6am we offer a premium rate of pay up to £14.76 per hour, outside of these hours standard starting rates apply. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Overnights. We want every McDonald’s customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As an Overnight Crew Member, you’ll make it happen, whether you’re preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers’ needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications: In order to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am, please only apply if you are above this threshold.
