Salary = £32,000 base + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of operations – coaching, motivating, and supporting shift managers and crew to deliver a top‑tier customer experience every single day. You’ll lead with confidence, own key performance metrics, and help build a workplace culture that empowers others to thrive.

Pay & Progression

  • Second Assistant Manager: £32,000 base + up to £7,200 KPI bonus
  • First Assistant Manager: £34,500 + up to £9,300 KPI bonus

Progression between roles is based on performance, typically every 12–18 months. Next step? Business Manager.

Business & Finance

  • Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction)

  • 1+ years in management in QSR role or fast‑paced hospitality/retail
  • Availability – Full‑Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
