Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll deal with customers and make sure everything runs in the customer areas.
  • Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers’ specific needs, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
  • Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
