Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of your restaurant.
  • Deal with customers and ensure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
  • Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers' specific needs, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
