Responsibilities- Be the face of the restaurant by dealing with customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers' specific needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment with a genuine smile and ability to connect with customers to make them feel valued.
- Demonstrate friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior and work effectively as part of a team.
- Use effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact, to support customer service goals.
- Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
