As a department manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. You will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems. You will be working within a £multi-million restaurant and managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position is open to people whom have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays.
