We are currently recruiting for our new restaurant, located on the A38 at Egginton. Successful candidates will initially complete their training at the Stretton McDonald's restaurant. Following completion of training, employees will transfer to the Egginton restaurant, which is scheduled to open towards the end of May 2026.

Join us as a Delivery and Maintenance person and you'll become part of our team that works together to provide the best customer experience. If you've visited one of our restaurants before, you've probably got some idea of the high expectations within the restaurant. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role.
Specific responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining parking facilities by means of jet washing, sweeping and general maintenance.
- Acceptance of deliveries and ensuring rotation and organisation of our great food products in our restaurants.
- Dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness.
- Assisting the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining grounds and stock areas in prime condition.
The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential. You'll need to work with external contractors to make sure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers. As a key part of the restaurant team, you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
