Customer Care – Guaranteed Hours Available My name\’s Catrina. I\’m a customer care at McDonald\’s. My job consists of looking after every customer that comes through McDonald\’s doors and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy ready for the next customer to come and enjoy their food. It\’s always important for this specific role that you\’re open and you are greeting everyone but you\’re approachable as well. My favorite thing about my job is getting to learn and to understand different levels of people, meeting different customers and different experiences every day, which makes my experience grow. I love being part of McDonald\’s team. It\’s great. It\’s like your own little work family. You\’ve always got each other\’s back and that\’s one of the main things I\’ve enjoyed working in McDonald\’s so far. Overview Position: Customer Care Assistant Description: As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you will deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, looking after customers\’ specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction. You may also take part in the planning and implementation of children\’s competitions and other special events organised by your restaurant.
