As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers\’ needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s important to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
