Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member, provide friendly, fast and accurate service in a hot, clean and welcoming restaurant. Prepare food, serve on the till, or work in the dining areas to look after customers\’ needs.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Requirements
- Availability for at least two closing shifts per week (2am finishes).
- Availability during weekends.
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; ability to work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
