Hours need to be available: Weekdays 4pm - 5pm starts until 10pm - 11pm finishes.
You MUST be available all day Saturday and Sunday.
This can vary from shifts between 6am - 12 midnight.
The role of a Crew Member is important and varies from taking orders to completing deep cleaning in the store.
You will be part of a large team, and the ability to work with a diverse workforce is important.
Crew Members will need to work at a fast pace and multitask in many situations.
Stores become very busy within minutes, so we need to remain alert at all times.
When a customer arrives, you should be available to assist them—whether that is taking their order, assisting with kiosks, or handing out extra sauces or napkins.
The service we provide leaves a lasting impression on customers and will influence whether they return.
Our customers should feel valued and listened to each time, and we must be sensitive to their concerns and questions.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication with team members
- Being on your feet for most of the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stocking all areas (from frozen products to dry products)
- Safe lifting of stock
- Taking orders (front counter or drive-thru)
- Cash handling
- Collaborating with other team members in the same area
- Cooking food
- Preparing orders for in-store, drive-thru, and delivery
- Managing the drinks station
- Communicating with Uber drivers as part of the team when taking orders
- Delivering orders to customers in the dining area
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning detailed areas (scrubbing legs and wheels of tables/units)
- Washing dishes using step-by-step methods
- Cleaning grease vats (not a pleasant task but required)
- Changing cloths and using washing machines
- Changing rubbish bins
- Completing food waste counts
These are among the most common areas we expect of a Crew Member.
