Your role is vital in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a brilliant experience with hot food in a clean, friendly environment.
Key responsibilities include providing friendly, fast, and accurate service; completing tasks as per training and management instructions; following safety, security, and food hygiene procedures; and treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as part of a supportive team.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, welcoming, courteous, helpful, and possess effective communication skills such as attentive listening and good eye contact. The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment with a positive attitude is essential.
