Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will prepare food, serve on the till, and look after customers in the dining area. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness, providing friendly, fast and accurate service. You will complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction, and follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
Qualifications
You should be friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful, with effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact. You must maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively, and work well as part of a supportive team.
