We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery Crew Member to support our operations by receiving, checking, and storing deliveries. This role is responsible for ensuring that all stock is handled safely, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards. You will work closely with the team to make sure products are placed in the correct storage areas (freezer, chiller, and stockroom) to maintain quality and availability for service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive deliveries from suppliers and verify items against delivery notes/invoices.
  • Check all products for correct temperatures, quality, packaging integrity, and use-by dates to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Report and record any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to management.
  • Safely transport stock from delivery areas to freezers, chillers, and dry storage.
  • Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to minimize waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring items are properly labelled and stored.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations during handling and storage.
  • Assist with general back-of-house tasks as required, including stock counts.
