Responsibilities

• As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
• Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers\\\’ specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast moving, high energy environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.

Qualifications & Qualities

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; you should work well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
