We want every McDonald’s customer to enjoy a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means well‑kept outdoor areas, a spotless drive‑thru, and a clean, welcoming restaurant building.
As a Maintenance Team Member, you will help make that happen by ensuring all outside spaces are safe, tidy and well presented at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Jet‑washing external areas
- Keeping the car park and pathways free of litter
- Maintaining the drive‑thru to a high standard
- Supporting general building upkeep
- Ensuring the restaurant exterior always looks its best
You will consistently deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, following all training, company guidelines and management direction. You’ll work proactively, manage your time effectively, and complete all tasks with care and attention.
