We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused, and community-driven Hospitality Experience Manager to join our McDonald's restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our customers while building strong relationships within the local community. You will act as the face of the restaurant, championing customer engagement, organising community initiatives, supporting local charities, and creating memorable events that strengthen connections between the restaurant and the communities we serve. Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you will drive customer satisfaction, enhance brand reputation and lead activities that make a positive impact both inside and outside the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming and engaging environment for all customers.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, local groups, schools, charities and community organisations.
- Plan, organise, and deliver community events, fundraising activities and charity initiatives throughout the year.
- Coordinate restaurant participation in local events and community programmes.
- Lead customer experience initiatives that enhance satisfaction, loyalty and repeat visits.
- Actively engage with customers, gather feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights.
- Promote and support national and local charity partnerships and fundraising campaigns.
- Work alongside restaurant teams to ensure exceptional hospitality standards are maintained at all times.
- Support the organisation of family events, community days, school visits, and local celebrations.
- Recognise opportunities to strengthen the restaurant's presence and reputation within the local area.
- Use social and community engagement opportunities to showcase positive stories and initiatives.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in line with company policies, safeguarding requirements, and health and safety standards.
- Support restaurant management with people-focused and customer-focused initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, events, community engagement, retail, or restaurant management.
- Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and making a positive impact within the local community.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience organising events, activities, or community initiatives would be advantageous.
- Ability to engage confidently with customers, colleagues, charities, and community partners.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
