Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Care Assistant, be the face of the restaurant and interact with customers to ensure everything runs smoothly in customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, and look after customers' specific needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.
