Responsibilities
- As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant.
- Deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers' specific needs, keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast moving, high energy environment with a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
- Exhibit friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour and work well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
