Responsibilities

• Join a team that provides the best customer experience and works to deliver hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant.
• As a Crew Member, participate in food preparation, serving on the till, and attending diners in the dining areas as needed.
• Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.

Requirements

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour with a natural ability to work as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
