As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of the restaurant. Your role is all about creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This includes welcoming families, supporting children’s activities, organising special events, and ensuring customers feel valued and looked after.

A major part of this role is maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout the customer areas. This includes regular and thorough cleaning of the dining area, floors, and customer toilets. Keeping these spaces spotless is essential to delivering the safe, welcoming environment our customers expect. You will take pride in ensuring the restaurant looks its best at all times, and you’ll keep the manager informed about customer feedback and satisfaction.

You’ll be working in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment, so we’re looking for someone with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers. Friendly, welcoming and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you, and you’ll enjoy working as part of a team. Strong communication skills, such as attentive listening, clear verbal communication and confident eye contact, are essential. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is key.
