The role of a Crew Member is essential to the operation of the store.

Responsibilities range from taking orders to completing deep cleaning and maintaining store standards.

The role requires the ability to work with a diverse team and to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Our stores become busy quickly, so we need to remain alert at all times and be available to assist customers—whether taking their order, helping at kiosks, or providing extra sauces or napkins.

Responsibilities

Here are a few duties / responsibilities you are expected to complete: (In no particular order)

  • Excellent communication with team members
  • Being on your feet for most of the shift
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Stocking all areas, including frozen and dry products
  • Safe lifting of stock
  • Taking orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru
  • Cash handling
  • Working side by side with other team members on the same area
  • Cooking food
  • Preparing orders in-store, drive-thru, and delivery orders
  • Managing the drinks station
  • Communicating with Uber drivers as part of the team when taking customer orders
  • Delivering completed orders to customers in the dining area
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Doing detailed cleaning, including scrubbing legs and wheels of tables and units
  • Washing dishes using established methods
  • Cleaning grease vats
  • Changing cloths and using washing machines
  • Changing rubbish bins
  • Completing food waste counts
