Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member, contribute to delivering a brilliant customer experience by preparing food, serving on the till, and assisting in the dining areas.
- Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
- Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; strong team orientation.
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
- Availability to work on Weekdays and Weekends, with shifts including Overnights.
