Responsibilities:
- Join a team that works together to provide the best customer experience, ensuring hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant.
- As a Crew Member, prepare food, serve on the till, or assist in the dining areas to look after customers’ needs.
- Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service; complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, with shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings & Overnights.
- Must be over 18 years of age to work past 11pm.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
