Apprenticeship Pathways
Depending on your experience, we’ll place you on the right level:
Level 2 – Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship (13+ months)
- Hospitality Team Member or Customer Service Practitioner
- Learn the basics of customer service, teamwork, and delivering great experiences
- Ideal for school leavers or first jobbers
Level 3 – Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship (13+ months)
- Lead a team, take responsibility for operations, and develop leadership skills
- Great for ambitious crew looking to step up
Level 4 – Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship (17+ months)
- Run departments, manage performance, and shape strategy
- Perfect for Shift Leaders or those with supervisory experience
Level 6 (Degree Apprenticeship) – Available when you become an Assistant Manager.
