What will my accountabilities be?
- Cash Management: Checking cash procedures daily, updating trackers, and ordering change.
- Welcome Meetings: Welcoming new employees to the organisation by coordinating and conducting orientation sessions to ensure they feel integrated and informed from day one.
- Office Management: Ensuring that any office supplies are ordered in a timely manner and that the office space is kept clean and organised.
- Discipline: Keep track of lateness and sickness, and support in any disciplinary procedures.
- Implementing people systems such as performance reviews, onboarding etc.
- Oversees the training across restaurant.
- Creates and leads a positive restaurant culture through promotion of employee wellbeing.
- Implementing listening strategies for our employees.
Additional Responsibilities
- Acts with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Completes investigations/disciplinary.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed by reporting manager.
