Responsibilities
- As a Crew Member, you will help create a brilliant customer experience by preparing food, serving on the till, and attending to customers' needs in the dining area.
- You will consistently deliver high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, following training, company guidelines, and management direction.
- You will also observe workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures, treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.
Required Behaviour and Skills
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour should come naturally to you.
- You will work well as part of a team, and effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact are required.

Pay Rates
- Under 18 years old £9.62
- Over 18 years old £12.76
Shift Hours – Boucher Road Store
- Mon‑Sun – Open 24 hours.
- Under 18s must be available to at least 11.30 pm.
- Over 18s must be available until at least 2 am on weekdays.
- Overnight shifts will be scheduled between 7 pm–7 am.
- The maximum shift length is 8‑9 hours.
- Any hours worked between 12 am–6 am will be paid an additional £1 per hour on top of your regular rate.
