Job Summary: Oversee daily operations and staff management for a McDonald's restaurant, ensuring quality service, compliance, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets and related financial reports.
- Conduct performance reviews for staff.
- Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
- Organise and maintain inventory.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide high‑quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, flexible, organized, reliable and a team player.
- Experience supervising more than 20 people.
