McDonald’s Undergraduate Industry Placement is a 12-month program in the UK & Ireland, running August 2027–August 2028. You will rotate across supplier agriculture teams, gaining hands-on experience from farms to restaurants and contributing to sustainability and efficiency projects.
You’ll also spend time as a crew member in a McDonald’s restaurant and act as an ambassador for McDonald’s and its suppliers at industry events, with professional development and networking opportunities throughout
