Asda is looking for a Team Leader to join its store on Knockbreck Road in Tain, helping manage daily operations and support colleagues on the shop floor.
This position would suit someone with retail or customer service experience who enjoys working with people, taking responsibility and helping a busy supermarket team deliver good service.
The Role
- Support the day-to-day running of your department.
- Lead by example and help colleagues provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Organise daily tasks and ensure priorities are managed effectively.
- Support and motivate colleagues during shifts.
- Help manage stock levels and maintain product availability.
- Assist new colleagues as they settle into their roles.
- Respond to customer enquiries and help resolve problems.
- Work closely with your manager to maintain store standards.
- Support the team during busy trading periods.
- Encourage teamwork and a positive working environment.
- Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks.
- Help maintain an organised and welcoming shopping environment.
Working Pattern
- Permanent, full time position.
- 36 hours per week.
- Day shifts are listed for this position.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
