MRF Plumbing & Heating is looking for a qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join its business based in Fortrose on the Black Isle. This position would suit an experienced or recently qualified engineer looking for varied work, a permanent four day working week and the opportunity to develop their skills.
The Role
- Carry out plumbing and heating work across the Black Isle, Inverness and surrounding Highland areas.
- Undertake a variety of plumbing and heating jobs.
- Deliver high standards of workmanship.
- Provide a professional and reliable service to customers.
- Work independently and take pride in the quality of completed work.
- Continue developing technical skills and practical experience.
Working Pattern
- 36 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday.
- Permanent four day working week.
- Three day weekend every week.
- No on call rota.
- Additional hours may be available.
What We Are Looking For
- SVQ Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
- Current Gas ACS qualifications.
- A reliable and professional approach to work.
- Good customer service skills.
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing.
- Oil heating qualifications or experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
- Recently qualified engineers are encouraged to apply.
What Is On Offer
- Salary of £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
