Golf View Hotel & Spa, part of Crerar Hotels, is looking for a Bar Attendant to join its hospitality team in Nairn.
This position would suit someone who enjoys meeting people, providing good customer service and working in a hotel environment, with previous experience welcomed but not essential.
The Role
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Prepare and serve drinks throughout the day.
- Assist with food service from breakfast through to dinner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Learn the hotel’s food and drink menus.
- Recommend dishes, wines and other drinks to guests.
- Promote the hotel’s facilities and services where appropriate.
- Work alongside colleagues to provide a welcoming guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and customer service.
Working Pattern
- Permanent, full time position.
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Based at Golf View Hotel & Spa in Nairn.
