Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the team at The Fluke in Inverness. This role would suit someone who enjoys great customer service, leading a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a busy community pub.
The Role
- Help with the day to day running of The Fluke.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.
- Serve guests and help create a positive experience.
- Lead the team during shifts.
- Act as a role model for other team members.
- Help train and develop members of the team.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain appropriate safety standards throughout the pub.
