The Role
- Help the kitchen service run smoothly.
- Make sure the kitchen is clean and well stocked.
- Maintain required hygiene and safety standards.
- Make sure the kitchen team has everything needed during service.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy periods.
