Culloden Dental Care, part of Scottish Dental Care, is looking for a full time Dental Receptionist to join its practice in Culloden, Inverness. This position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, has good organisational skills and wants to be part of a friendly dental team, with previous dental reception experience welcomed but not essential.
The Role
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
- Help patients feel comfortable and supported when visiting the practice.
- Respond to patient enquiries and provide helpful information.
- Support the smooth running of the reception area.
- Assist with daily reception and administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other members of the dental team.
- Help maintain a welcoming and organised practice environment.
- Contribute to the practice's commitment to high standards of patient care.
Working Pattern
Full time position.
Based at Culloden Dental Care in Inverness.
